What credits cost
Each generation mode has a fixed credit cost, shown before you confirm. Costs are the same for every user and never change retroactively.
Where credits come from
Signup grant (15), monthly subscription grants, referrals, daily rewards and redeem codes. Your full history — every credit in and out — is visible in your account page.
Automatic failure refunds
Credits are reserved when a generation starts. If the generation fails on our side — provider error, timeout, safety filter on our end — the reserved credits are refunded automatically after the failure is recorded. You will see a 'generation refund' line in your credits history.
What is NOT refunded
Generations that complete successfully but that you simply dislike are not refunded — use Variants or Magic Edit to steer the result instead. Abusive use (automated bulk generation to farm refunds) may lead to suspension.
